Marine Advanced First Aid

31-hour training providing the skills needed to provide immediate first aid in the event of illness or injury on board a vessel.

Participants will also acquire the skills required to use maritime first aid equipment and transfer a patient from a ship. All aspects of the course are focused on intervention in a maritime context.

Meets Transport Canada requirements outlined in Transport Publication (TP) 13008E.

Certification valid for 3 years

(electronic certificate issued at the end of the course and paper certificate from Transport Canada)
